WE Airsoft

WE Airsoft, a Hong Kong airsoft brand and wholesaler, ran its entire sales operation on manual Excel. PROFEX moved stock, customers, quotations and invoices into one connected Odoo ERP.

Challenge

Stock counts, customer records, quotations and invoices all lived in separate spreadsheets, re-keyed by hand. There was no single view of inventory or the sales pipeline, and every quotation and invoice was typed out manually, slow and error-prone.

Solution

PROFEX deployed Odoo across the full order-to-cash flow: a live product catalogue with real-time on-hand and forecasted stock, a shared customer database, and quotation → sales order → invoice with no re-keying between steps. Wholesale pricing in HK$, with export invoicing for overseas distributors.

Tenant Management System

A full ERP that PROFEX built for a Hong Kong property operator: every part of the operation in one connected system, from rooms and tenancies to invoicing, payments, utilities and maintenance.

Challenge

A multi-building landlord ran the whole operation on spreadsheets and paper: rooms, tenancies, rent collection, deposits, meter readings and repairs all lived in separate files. Rent status was hard to track and there was no single view of the portfolio.

Solution

A bespoke ERP with every function in one place: properties, tenants and contracts; a full finance suite (invoicing, payments, deposits, reconciliation); utilities with automatic IoT meter reading; maintenance; TTLock smart-lock access control; role-based access and a complete audit trail. Bilingual, and usable on desktop or phone.

Profex Accounting System

A financial ERP that PROFEX built as its own product: a company's entire finances in one connected system, from invoicing and expenses to banking and a full double-entry general ledger.

Challenge

Most small and mid-sized businesses run their finances across disconnected tools — invoicing in one app, expenses in spreadsheets, bookkeeping somewhere else — and re-key the same numbers between them, with no real-time view of cash flow, receivables or profit.

Solution

A multi-company financial ERP that takes a business from the first invoice all the way to its financial statements: sales (invoices, quotations, customers), purchases (bills, suppliers), expense claims, banking with reconciliation, and a double-entry accounting core — chart of accounts, journal entries and the P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reports built on top. Each company's data is isolated by tenant.
